The RESTAURANT OF LE COURS is situated at the ground floor and has two dining rooms on the veranda. The restaurant offers regional specialties of fish and meat such as the famous bull chops of the Camargue. The six menus offer three dishes and the last menu offers four dishes with fish and meat. The menu has been translated to English, German and Italian and offers a wide range of specialities prepared by Gérard PEYROL.

Depending on the season and depending on your choice, breakfast will be served in one of the dining rooms or out on the terrace. You can enjoy a country breakfast buffet, with various quality products. We are used to serving breakfast from 7 AM TO 10 AM, offering you pastries, dairies, cereals, fresh fruit, cooked meats, fruit juices and hot drinks.
